Lifelong athlete.
My goal is to get you back to enjoying the things you love, as quickly as possible. My practice blends together my own experiences as an athlete, a coach, an educator, and a clinician to give the highest quality of care possible.
In addition to the doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) degree I earned at the University of Washington in 2014, I received a Master’s degree (MS) from Boise State University in 2008 where I worked as a graduate assistant in the exercise physiology and biomechanics lab. I am a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
My other experiences include competing collegiately in track and cross country, teaching health education while living in India, working as a personal trainer in Seattle, and coaching cross country and track at Roosevelt High School in Portland. When not at the clinic, I love going on outdoor adventures with my wife and 2 amazing daughters.
